Contributions to political campaigns are not tax deductible. Cumulative contributions over $100.00 must be identified with the name and address of the contributor. There is no limit to the amount an individual may contribute. Contributions by corporations or labor unions are limited to an aggregate of $2,000 apportioned in any manner among all candidates for state representative.
